“When I grow up, I will open my own restaurant!” I used to tell my mum as I helped stirring the pots and pans in the kitchen as a 6-year-old girl…

Life sometimes makes weird twists and turns, so the restaurant didn't make it, but the passion for cooking just got bigger.

In the meantime, I continued to work hard in many administrative jobs, mostly in marketing. So hard, in fact, that it all became too much. Burnout!

But… thanks to my cooking diploma and my green fingers, I am now healthy and well again.

“Why wait until we are sick?” I thought to myself. Surely there’s a way to stop this happening in the first place...

I know from my own experience how important it is to slow down. There is nothing better than nature to help you with that. My hobbies, being gardening, walking and cycling in nature, but also ceramics and of course good cooking, are the ideal tools to clear your head completely.

Motivating and inspiring people, companies and organizations; that's my strength!
